Once you create a no obligation Account (see Create an Account box below Icons), select the Search for Homes Icon.

.....You may now narrow your search to a particular area through the "map" function as well as specifying items such as number of bedrooms, baths, price range, etc., on the "search criteria form".  (Hint: Square footage is not uniformly specified on listings in the 
MLS, therefore it is best not to use as a search parameter)   

.....By selecting the "Save" option, you'll not have to enter criteria again as your parameters will be saved for the next time you log on.      
 
Another useful search & reporting feature is that your search can be limited to view just those properties that have been listed within "X" number of days.....and best of all.....you can request automatic notification via e-mail of new to market listings which fall within your established search criteria elements.
 
Two additional exclusive functions are also available upon opening your account....."Favorites" which are listings saved for future instant review.....and "Tour Book", a mapping and driving directions program designed to assist you in easily locating homes to drive by.
